To begin with, we have introduced an Annual Maintenance Plan instead of a Contract and we provide two Preventive Maintenance visits and UNLIMITED Breakdown visits. This philosophy has been well accepted by our customers and we have been awarded Annual Maintenance Plans for more than 50 instruments.

P. Sundaram has over 30 years experience with Philips Electron Microscopes. He has been trained at the Philips Factory at Eindhoven many times and is today, one of the senior most Electron Microscope support / technical persons in the EM industry in India. Mr. Sundaram is based in Chennai.

J. Dutta has over 20 years experience with Electron Microscopes. He has been trained at the Philips Factory at Eindhoven many times and is today, one of the senior most Field Emission SEM/TEM support / technical person in the EM industry in India. Mr. Dutta is based in Bangalore.

N. Kamat has over 8 years experience in the instrumentation field. He has been trained under Mr. Sundaram as well as received advanced training in CM Series of Transmission Electron Microscopes at the Fei factory in Eindhopven. Mr. Kamat is based in Mumbai.

M. P. Sunil is has been trained by Mr.J Dutta. He is based in Bangaolre.

Sivakumar has been trained by Mr.P.Sundaram. He is based in Chennai.

Chandrakant Tripathi handles the complex technology of customer support activity in the northern part of India. He has already played a major role in the installations and handing over of systems in this region. Mr. Tripathi is based in New Delhi.

Jyotiraman Das is based in Mumbai. He plays an important role in meeting the service demands of the western region customer segment.

Naresh has been trained by Mr.P.Sundaram. He is based in Hyderabad.

Sharathkumar is based in Mumbai. He gives application and technical support on the Quanta 200 ESEM installed at Icon Lab.
